Refund policy

Pratt’s Full Return Policy

 Pratt’s Pets strives to provide all our customers with a positive shopping experience and quality products.  Customers that are not satisfied with a returnable product* they have purchased may return it for a full refund when the following conditions are met:

  • If product was not found to be defective, it must be undamaged and resalable.
  • 30 days within the purchase date.
  • Receipt is provided as proof of purchase.**
  • A waiting period of 10 business days is required on all purchases made by check.

 * Products that are not returnable include the following list

  • Clearance items
  • Live animals
  • Refrigerated items (i.e. vaccines, antibiotics, other refrigerated medications, etc.)
  • Frozen items (i.e. frozen feeder rodents, frozen bones, etc.)

 ** If receipt is not provided as proof of purchase upon return, store credit may be given in place of a cash refund, at Pratt’s Pets’ discretion.
